If you purchased the item from one of our resellers, please contact them first.
We do not accept returns for custom-made items such as cut hoses or heat shields.
Do this:
After you have filled out the form and submit it, wait for an approval of the return.
ATTENTION! For an approved return, it is required that the product is unused and that you send the product back in undamaged original packaging.
If the return is approved, print the email you received about the return and attach it together with the product(s) you want to return.
Remember that you as a consumer are responsible for the risk of return shipping, this risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping. If you choose to send your products as a letter, this is not traceable. We therefore recommend parcel delivery. Remember to write "RETURN" in the reference box on the package's delivery note. It simplifies and makes the work go faster when the package reaches us.
You are responsible for any invoice/payment until it has been credited. The invoice/payment is credited when we have received the goods.
If you let it expire, you will not be reimbursed for reminder and/or debt collection fees.
Upon approval of the return/claim, please send the items well-packaged to:
